Janet's Fashion Boutique Return Policy

 

Janet's Fashion Boutique will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 5 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 5 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Accepted only and if 

1. The incorrect item was sent in color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
2. The item is used, defective, or extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).

3. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refund on sale items or gift cards.

Otherwise, all sales are final. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, body shape, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

• Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
• Return shipping would be the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
• Please allow Janet's Fashion Boutique 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
• Janet's Fashion Boutique will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
To start a return, you can contact us at janetsfashionboutique2020@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item in terms of color, size, or model so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
